Chapter 13 - Unlike many of our competitors in the Knoxville area, Clark and Washington does not charge any up front attorney’s fee. In most cases, 100% of our fee is paid through your Chapter 13 plan by the Chapter 13 trustee. Often we can start Chapter 13 for nothing down at all - even your filing fee can be included in your Chapter 13 repayment plan
Chapter 7 - Unlike many other Tennessee bankruptcy firms, Clark & Washington asks for the filing fee of $299 only to start your Chapter 7 case. You can pay the attorney’s fee in monthly installments of $250 per month over several months. In most cases, the attorney’s fee for Chapter 7 will be around $1,000.
